Chris brings more than 15 years of experience in the investment management industry. A native Houstonian, he began his career with AIM Investments in 1999. One of the most seminal moments of his career was being on AIM’s institutional trading floor the morning of September 11, 2001.
Chris is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ education at Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies and is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. His professional experience ranges from working with large institutions, to hedge funds and private placements, to advising individuals and families on asset allocation, estate planning and risk management.
Chris is married to his high school sweetheart; they have two talented children and a labrador retriever named Dolly Parton. When not in Houston, Chris, his family and Dolly can be found floating, fishing or relaxing on the Guadalupe River.
